Row 2 (WS) and all other WS rows: Purl.

Rows 3, 5, 7, 9: Knit.

Row 11: Knit 1, *knit 8, 2/2 Left Cross, knit 4; rep from * to final st, k 1.

Rows 13, 15, 17, 19 : Knit.
