The Bayberry Cowl is worked in the round with a 4x4 ribbed brim, and then a simple knit/purl texture at the edges, with plain Stockinette in the middle. CustomFit lets you create a Bayberry cowl pattern custom to your gauge, in your choice of four different heights and four different circumferences.
The shortest height is shown here; it makes a warming, but not crazy, amount of fabric. Increasing the height of the cowl gives more fabric to loop; the largest circumference and largest height, combined, would make a luscious thing indeed!
